As airtel subscribers across the country are already irking and waiting for Airtel to do something; at least even if you can also go into 4G LTE network ghost mood like Etisalat, we believe airtel fans can heave some sigh of relief.

It seems the latest development coming out from the major GSM network providers in the country is the introduction of 4G LTE high-speed network services.

The launch of Glo 4G LTE network services in those cities was also accompanied with the unveiling of highly affordable 4G LTE data plans for high speed internet access.
Though the 4G LTE data plans are similar to the normal 3G data plans already in existence, but they are bundled in separate 4G LTE data service, which can easily be accessed by dialling the Glo service code *777# and then replying in this order 1>1 to buy a 4G LTE data plan.

As usual to subscribe for any of these monthly data plans, simply use your phone with your Glo line in it and dial *777# and reply as follows in this order 1>1>2 and finally reply with either 1 or 2 for 3.2GB or 7.5GB data at N1000 or N2000 cost respectively
Now, I have a question for the tweak lovers, and my question goes like this;
All ye tweak lovers, would you still tweak your devices for free or heavier data even after all that Glo is trying to do for you by making data quite affordable for its teeming Glo subscribers across the country?
If your answer is yes, we will like you to support it with cogent reason and also tell Glo what else you will want in data allocation aside from improving on their network speed and data connectivity stability.
After airtel raised so much hope in their subscribers when some days back they started dishing out whopping 20GB and 100GB of data N200 and N300 respectively, it seems the data jamboree is now over as airtel have now stepped down the sizes of data being allotted.
Now instead of getting 20GB for N200, airtel subscribers who opt for the plan will now get 200MB and similar to 100GB for N300, instead of 100GB, subscribers now get 1GB of data allotted to them.
Even those that already got the 20GB and 100GB will still be affected as Airtel have converted all their data to 200MB and 1GB respectively.
Well going by such reduction, it clearly showed that airtel did not initially give those humongous data with their clear eyes and that is why you now see the reduction in the amount of data allotted.
And you should bear in mind that the data plan is a social media plan that only allows you use Whatsapp, Facebook and Opera mini for 25days.
